After several years of messing around with stock and needledrop samples, we've finally decided to get into it ourselves. Just like everything else Ranch-like on our site, we're calling our stock library sets Ranch Packs.
The packs will be all types of music: jazz, country, soundtrack, ambient, acoustic... we're trying to include a little taste of everything. What really makes our packs different is both cost and format. We're going to offer the packs with a 1 minute social media cut, and an over three minute long-form of the track. Just to clarify - we're not going simply fade out the track and call it good. Rather, we're re-arranging the music to fit the timeline. A 1 minute track will be design to fit to 1 minute, and not just cut off.
Additionally, we're going to offer loops with some of the pieces. This may be one of the most important unique aspects of our tracks: we've found a lot of people like to loop a piece of the track underneath a podcast or advertisement, but most libraries don't offer this as part of their resource. Ours are pre-cut for looping, and all one has to do is butt them together in their editor to make it sound terrific.
We're going to offer 5 of our initial brand packs available for free. All one has to do is sign up using the form for the newsletter, and we'll send it out. Pretty tasty.
They're completely royalty-free, which means you can use them in whatever projects you want. The only rule is not to resell or edit them in any way for reselling. Can't beat the price: $20/pack, and there will be specials for combining packs together. All in the works. Again-add yourself to the newsletter to be kept up on it all. We're excited, and we think these will really be useful.
